General order processing and shipping information:

All orders typically take between 5-10 business days to process prior to being shipped out.
Additional order processing times may incur if there is an influx of in-person events and/or a higher-than-average volume of orders.

Please note that we have no control over shipping times once a package has been dropped off at its respective carrier service office. We are not responsible for any loss or damage on packages during transit. If you experience any issue with your order after it has been shipped, we recommend contacting the respective carrier service directly with your tracking number.
